She married Ernest Everett “Jack” Rodgers in 1951 and had two daughters. She became a homemaker and she and Jack lived in Klamath Falls, Independence, Millersburg, Scio, briefly in Arkansas, Baker City, Redmond, Alfalfa and Terrebonne. Vi enjoyed garage and estate sales, several cups of coffee a day and looking out the window at Smith Rock. She was a great cook and loved being surrounded by family and friends. She had an amazing life, heart and was the best Mother, Grandmother and friend anyone could ask for.
