The Central Oregon Film Festival is accepting entries for its 2013 contest. The deadline to submit a film is March 22.
Central Oregon residents are encouraged to submit films no longer than 15 minutes in one of three categories: adult, ages 15-18 or ages 10-14. Film content must be appropriate for viewers of all ages.
Cash prizes, trophies and medals will be awarded to contest winners.
Entries must be compatible with a DVD player, and can be dropped off at the Jefferson County Library in Madras, the Crook County Library in Prineville or the Redmond Public Library.
Winning films will be screened during a 6 p.m. awards ceremony on April 27 at the Jefferson County Library.
