Gwen Roth, 101, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2013, peacefully surrounded by family.
Gwen was born on December 17, 1911, in Laurens, Iowa.
She and her husband, Chet were longtime residents of Prineville and enjoyed remodeling houses, traveling, gardening and playing cards. Gwen also enjoyed sewing and quilting.
She is survived by two sisters and one brother, two grandsons, four great- grandsons, one great- granddaughter, two great- great-grandsons and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chet; son, Richard; grandson, Doug; and two brothers; and two sisters.
She requested no funeral services, but there will be a Celebration of Life this spring.
