Lady Malcolm Douglas-Hamilton, 103: Former Manhattan debutante born Natalie Wales who founded Bundles for Britain, a relief effort in the years before the U.S. entered WWII that encompassed 1.5 million volunteers; it was the first of many service organizations she started. Died Jan. 14 in Andover, N.J.

Ann Rabson, 67: Virginia blues musician who was the keyboardist and co-founder of the trio Saffire-The Uppity Blues Women. Died Jan. 30 in Fredericksburg, Va.
