William “Val" and Eva (Stokes) Todd, of Bend, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Feb. 7.
The couple were married Feb. 7, 1953, in Winnemuca, Nev. They have two children, William, of Bend, and Janet Keranen, of Portland; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Todd worked as the manager of the meat department at Wagner’s Grocery until his retirement in 1990. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. He enjoys playing cribbage. Mrs. Todd worked as a bookkeeper for Kokanee Wood Products until her retirement in 1989. They both enjoy spending time with their family and visiting the Oregon Coast.
They have lived in Central Oregon for 41 years.
