Owners Tricia and Jeremy Pollard met in high school in Delaware, where they launched their chocolate business in 1996. Slices of sirloin, not flank steak, top the Philly sandwich. Thyme is not used in the salads. And the correct address of the restaurant is 1289 N.E. Second St., Bend.
