Ray’s Food Place will host cookbook author Ashley Gartland for a book signing and tasting event at three Central Oregon locations this weekend.
Gartland, a food writer from Hillsboro, will sign her cookbook, “Dishing Up Oregon," at Ray’s in Redmond today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and at the store’s Bend location from 3 to 5 p.m.
She will also be at Ray’s in Sisters for a book signing on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Gartland’s cookbook focuses on Oregon products, produce and food artisans. Samples of Black Butte Porter mustard, rustic sausage and kale pasta will be served.
