There will be several closures Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
• Federal, state, county and city offices are closed.
• Mail will not be picked up or delivered.
• Banks are closed.
• All schools, including Central Oregon Community College, are closed.
• All libraries in Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties are closed.
• Juniper Swim & Fitness will be open.
• Most liquor stores will be open.
