A story headlined “Prineville man loses battle with lymphoma," which published on Page B1 on Tuesday, Jan. 8, misidentified the hospital where Kurt Kendrick was seen in 2007. He was treated at the emergency room at St. Charles Bend. Stories published on May 27, 2012, and Oct. 20, 2012, contained the same error.
