An assault involving two victims took place on New Year’s Eve, and neither of them suffered life-threatening injuries, but Bend police are not releasing any further details of the incident because it is under investigation and the suspects have not been arrested, Sgt. Dan Ritchie said Tuesday.
“Our detectives are actively investigating it and we still have suspects outstanding," Ritchie said. “Until we get those suspects in custody, we’re not going to release anything right now."
