Many government offices will be closed and many services are unavailable today, in observance of New Year’s Day.
• Almost all city, county, state and federal offices are closed Tuesday.
• All schools, including Central Oregon Community College, are closed.
• Post offices are closed today. Mail will not be delivered or picked up.
• Banks are closed.
• Deschutes public libraries are closed today.
• The Jefferson County Library is closed.
• The Crook County Library is closed.
• The Bend north liquor store will be open today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bend south and Bend east liquor stores are closed. The Bend west liquor store’s hours are to be determined.
