Lonalee Hamlin

Lonalee was born in Portland, OR, daughter of Lonner R. Pugh and Mary Nickerson Pugh. She met George Hamlin at Oregon State University in September 1947. They married in June 1948. Lonalee worked for OSU as a schedule clerk while George went to graduate school. They both graduated from OSU in 1964, Lonalee with a bachelor of arts degree and George with a masters in agriculture engineering.

They have two daughters, Mary of Redmond, OR, and Lonalee Jr. of Pocatello, ID; one granddaughter, Lisa of Redmond, two grandsons of Bend, one grandson of Pocatello, one grandson of Monticello, NJ along with six great- grandchildren also in New Jersey.

Lonalee enjoyed many things - travel, writing, hiking, volunteering for helping farm workers, 4-H clubs in cooking and sewing, and as a deacon for Episcopal Church in Redmond. Memorial service will be held this summer.
