Susan Agli, of Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate in Bend, has received the Accredited Buyer’s Representation designation. This designation is given to real estate professionals who complete a course on buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer repreesentation specialty.
Joy Helfrich, of Prudential Northwest Properties Bend branch, has been elected the state president for the 2013 Women’s Council of Realtors. Helfrich is the past president of the Central Oregon Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors, a certified residential specialist, an Earth Advantage STAR certified broker, is E-Pro certified and has the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. She has been in the real estate industry for 30 years.
Bob McClung, a principal broker at Prudential Northwest Properties Bend branch, has been appointed president-elect of the Oregon Association of Realtors. McClung has been in the real estate industry for 13 years. The past four years he was chairman of the financial review committee of OAR, and he has also been a member of the executive committee. Prior to working in real estate, McClung worked in the high tech industry.
Tom Sayeg, of Karnopp Petersen LLP in Bend, has been selected as the Lawyer of the Year for Trust and Estates by “The Best Lawyers in America 2013." Selection is based on peer evaluations. Sayeg is the chairman of the St. Charles Health System board of trustees, has been active in the business and taxation sections of the Oregon State Bar and has served as an officer and chairman for both of these sections’ executive committees. He is a member of the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar Estate Planning and Administration Section and is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
