Greyson Riley Lehnherr

Nov. 26, 2011 - Nov. 9, 2012

Greyson Riley Lehnherr, of Bend, OR, became an Angel and was sent to Heaven, on November 9, 2012, in the loving arms of his Mommy and Daddy.

Greyson, 11 months old, was born a twin three months early on November 26, 2011, in Portland OR, to Brian and Amanda Lehnherr. He weighed 1 lb. 1 oz. Greyson spent most of his life up at Oregon Health & Science University, due to his prematurity and heart conditions. He was able to come home in April 2012, to await his heart surgery. He had his heart surgery in October 2012, but after a three-week effort, his heart just wouldn't recover. Heaven was ready for their Angel.

Greyson was truly a Miracle from God. He went through so much in his short-lived life, and fought until the end. He touched so many lives, and could just melt your heart with his big blue eyes and his big smile. He was a very happy boy.

Greyson is survived by his parents, Brian and Amanda Lehnherr, of Bend, OR; a brother, Tanner Lehnherr, of Bend, OR; paternal grandmother, Betty Lehnherr, of Willamina, OR; maternal grandmother, Maria Hoffman of Rapid City, SD; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.

Greyson was preceded in death by his twin brother, Peyton Miles, on November 26, 2011, and his grandfathers, Harry Lehnherr and Jeff Sisemore.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012, 1:00 p.m., First Presbyterian Church, 230 NE 9th Street, Bend, with a reception to follow. Contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Bend, OR 97701

The family would love to thank all of the doctors, nurses, surgeons and all staff who had some part of Greyson's life, and who made what life he had, possible.
