Four nominated for state committees
Published: November 22. 2012 4:00AM PSTFour Bend residents have been nominated by Gov. John Kitzhaber to serve on state boards and commissions.
Amy Tykeson has been nominated to serve on the state Health and Science University Board of Directors.
Michael Bonetto has been nominated to serve on the state Health Policy Board.
Judy Stiegler has been nominated to serve on the state Quality Education Commission, and Chris Kuka has been nominated to serve on the state Teachers Standards and Practices Commission.
The nominations are subject to Senate confirmation. The Senate Rules Committee will hold confirmation hearings on Dec. 10.
