From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today, The Riverhouse Convention Center in Bend will host the second annual Local and Lovin’ It event.
Local and Lovin’ It is a gathering of area businesses and nonprofits for networking and one-stop shopping.
Organizer Stormie Van Patten says the event features more than 70 vendors, from local stores to in-home party businesses to purveyors of homemade items, representing Bend, Redmond, Sisters, La Pine, Prineville, Madras and beyond.
Also planned is a canned-food drive to benefit Saving Grace and a blood drive through the American Red Cross, plus a fashion show, yoga and Zumba lessons, a raffle, giveaways and more. A free raffle ticket can be had for a donation of canned food and additional raffle tickets are for sale.
Participating vendors include: Pure Romance, Boresha International, You Angel You, Rodan and Fields, Scentsy, Lil Poopie Nation, It Works, Pink Zebra, Cookie Lee, Sweet Looks, 31 Bags, Do Terra, Flip Flop Productions and Ranch Bling.
The Riverhouse Convention Center is at 2850 N.W. Rippling River Court in Bend.
