Bend police Thursday arrested Lewis Corti Soltez, 33, of Portland, on suspicion of dealing heroin.
Police picked up Soltez at 6:13 p.m. on Northeast 3rd Street near Northeast Lafayette Avenue, according to police Monday. Police allege Soltez carried a small amount of heroin with him. A search of his Dunes Motel room, 1515 N.E. 3rd St., yielded four grams of heroin, according to police.
Soltez was held in lieu of $30,000 in the Deschutes County jail Monday on charges of heroin possession, heroin manufacture and heroin delivery. A court date was scheduled for Wednesday.
