The Central Oregon Basketball Officials Association has scheduled its first meeting of the 2012-13 season for Wednesday, Nov. 7, in Bend. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. and will take place in the library at Mountain View High School, 2755 N.E. 27th St.
Current COBOA officials are encouraged to attend, and prospective new officials are welcome. No experience is required to become a COBOA official.
In addition to area high school games, COBOA officials work middle school games, youth tournaments and adult recreation leagues around Central Oregon and outlying areas.
