Richard grew up in Sixes, OR. He retired from Georgia Pacific in 2000.
His hobbies were fishing, hunting and camping. He liked to garden.
He is survived by his wife, Marcia; children, Ron, Darby, Raymond, Tracey, Gina and Karin; grandchildren, Jake, Nichole, Sam, Addie, Andrew, Heather, Jack, and Blake; sister, Mary; brother, Mike.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Prineville Elks, Sept. 22, 2012, at 2:00 p.m.
Autumn Funerals is in charge of the arrangements.
