Redmond city manager resigns
Last modified: July 27. 2012 4:23PM PSTDavid Brandt has resigned as city manager of Redmond. His final day will be August 30.
Brandt was hired to the city's top administrative role in 2009. In the past three years he has ushered the city through difficult financial times, and helped develop a long-term plan to encourage job growth.
Brandt leaves to accept a city manager position in his hometown of Cupertino, Calif.
