ASTORIA — One person has been killed in a two-vehicle crash on the Astoria-Megler Bridge.
The Highway 101 bridge at the mouth of the Columbia River was closed for several hours Wednesday morning for the investigation, but has been reopened.

One of two vehicles involved in a fatal collision hangs over the side of the Astoria-Megler bridge in Astoria on Wednesday. The collision resulted in one death and serious injuries to another person. The U.S. Highway 101 bridge at the mouth of the Columbia River was closed for several hours Wednesday morning for an investigation of the crash.
