Ellen Louise Freeman passed away Saturday, November 28, at her home in Redmond.
Ellen was born in Cadiz, Ohio to Paul and Emily Mallernee. When Ellen was 12, her family moved to California where she continued her education and graduated from Garfield High School in the eastern part of Los Angeles.
In 1965, Ellen moved to Eugene, OR, where she met Luther Freeman whom she married in Reno, NV, in 1977. In 1986, Ellen moved to Bahia Kino (on the Sea of Cortez), Mexico, where she lived until moving to Terrebonne in 1993.
Ellen enjoyed the "outdoors" - both the flora and fauna. She loved life, people and "just being".
Ellen was preceded in death by both of her parents and one sister. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Watts of Oklahoma; sons, Randall Tokich of Eugene, David Tokich of Palmer, AK, John Tokich of Coos Bay; five grandchildren; her sisters, Peggy Ellis of Santa Barbara, CA, Irene Sandoval of Riverside, CA; and husband, Luther of Nevada.
Per the wishes of her family no services will be held.
