A memorial service will take place in Bend, OR at Aspen Hall at 1:00 pm, on August 31, 2009. Elizabeth asks the paternal family attend/make their own arrangements. Preston J. Miller, age 14, an only child, passed away on August 13, 2009, due to suicide. This phenomenal young man was born in Bend, OR on January 9, 1995, to Elizabeth Miller, a single mother for the duration of Preston's life.

Preston made an impact no matter where he went and was loved by young and old. He had an intense and abundant energy of what seemed like six people. His amazing intelligence and creativity made it possible for him to be an amateur scientist, inventor and engineer. A very bright future laid ahead for Preston with his looks, charm, brilliance, sense of humor, morals, sensitivity and being a true leader.

He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Miller. Preston's maternal family include his grandparents, Gary & Linda Miller; grandmother, Cindy Miller & husband, Dennis Donaldson; great- grandparents, Gordon & Betty Priday; and uncle/aunt, Garret & Kelly Miller.

He will be desperately mourned and missed by family and friends. Donation fund at US Bank.
