Twilight deals

Golf in Central Oregon is a lot more affordable if you can play in the afternoon or early evening. Here are the area courses that offer twilight rates:

Aspen Lakes Golf Course (Sisters)

• Through June 11: $45 before 7 a.m. and after 2 p.m.

• June 12-Oct. 6: $60 before 7 a.m.; $49 after 3 p.m.

Black Butte Ranch

• Big Meadow — Through May 21: $53 after noon. May 22 through September: $59 before 7 a.m., $53 after 3 p.m.

• Glaze Meadow — Through May 21: $55 after noon. May 22 through September: $55 before 7 a.m., $45 after 3 p.m.

Crooked River Ranch

• $29 after 3 p.m.

Eagle Crest Resort (Redmond)

• Resort — $49 after 2 p.m.

The Greens at Redmond

• $24 after 1 p.m.

Juniper Golf Course (Redmond)

• Mon.-Thur.: $45 after 3 p.m., $57 from noon to 3 p.m. Fri.-Sun. and holidays: $50 after 3 p.m., $60 from noon to 3 p.m.

Kah-Nee-Ta High Desert Resort & Casino (Warm Springs)

• $30 after 2 p.m.

Lost Tracks Golf Club (Bend)

• May 12-June 15 — Fri.-Sun.: $40 twilight. Mon.-Thur.: $35 twilight.

• June 16-Oct. 12 — Fri.-Sun.: $45 twilight.

Meadow Lakes Golf Course (Prineville)

• Fri.-Sun.: $25 after 1 p.m.

• Mon.-Thur.: $23 after 1 p.m.; $25 peak.

Quail Run Golf Course (La Pine)

$35 twilight (Hours vary during season).

River’s Edge Golf Course (Bend)

• Through May 31: $30 after 3 p.m.

• June 1-Sept. 21: $39 after 4 p.m.; $50 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Sunriver Resort

(Deschutes County resident rate)

• May 15-June 11: $49 after 1 p.m.

• June 12-Sept. 13: $59 after 2 p.m.

• Sept. 14-Sept. 30: $49 after 1 p.m.

Tetherow Golf Club (Bend)

• Through May: $95 after 1:40 p.m.

• June-September: $125 after 1:40 p.m.

• October-November: $75 after 1:40 p.m.

Widgi Creek Golf Club (Bend)
