Lemuel Fait (Butch) Keeling of La Pine, born Aug. 14, 1943, in Watonga, Oklahoma Passed Dec. 16, 2008 due to complications from a cerebral hemorrhage. Parents (both deceased) Gertrude and Fait Keeling of Eugene.
Brother, Ron Keeling of Silverdale, WA, sister, Patsy of Eugene, brother, Earl Keeling, (deceased) of Lebanon, OR, wife, Judith of La Pine, son, William of Hesperia, CA, daughter, Sheila of Beaverton, OR, stepsons: James Powers, of Bowie, TX; Keith Powers of Myrtle Beach, NC; Kirk Hance of Dallas, TX; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He retired from Boilermakers Local 500 after 35 years of service. Served in the Navy and in Vietnam. He was a member of American Legion Post 45. He loved hunting, fishing, camping and his family and his many friends. He left an unfillable hole in the lives of everyone he loved.
