Setting their sights on real-world scenarios

Published: October 20. 2010 4:00AM PST

Central Oregon Emergency Response Team members move into position during a training exercise Tuesday afternoon at an empty house near the intersection of Northeast Eighth Street and Northeast Penn Avenue in Bend. The team trains twice a month, and does at least six large-scale scenario drills each year.
